Booking Policies and Terms
- Unmarried couples are not allowed
- Smoking & Drinking Not Allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
- Booking Confirmation: You are making a booking “Directly with the Hotel”. Please review the booking and cancellation policies carefully before making your reservation.
- Check-in & Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability. Guests may be required to present a payment receipt and valid identification proof at check-in.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before check-in (3% payment gateway charges are non-refundable).
- Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in time: For bookings of more than one night, a one-night charge will be deducted. 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted.The remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the guest is a No-show, the entire booking amount (100%) will be charged with no refund.
