2. Reservations and Bookings
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or booking voucher from Hotel Moksh Serene.
Guests are required to provide accurate personal details during the booking process. The hotel will not be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Payment Terms
Guests may be required to pay a partial or full amount at the time of booking, depending on the booking type.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options as available.
All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be specified at the time of booking. Depending on the selected plan, cancellation charges may apply.
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Any service or bank charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Identification
Guests must present valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right to deny entry without proper identification.
5. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain proper decorum and follow hotel policies during their stay.
- Smoking in restricted areas, consumption of illegal substances, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest for repair or replacement.
6. Liability

- Loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues)
Guests are advised to take necessary precautions for their personal belongings.
