At Hotel Moksh Serene, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness for all our guests. Kindly review the terms below:
1. Cancellation Timeframes & Charges
- Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date without any charges. Payment Gateway Charges may apply.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will attract a charge of 25% of the total booking amount.
- No-Show: In case of no arrival without prior cancellation, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain special offers, discounted rates, or promotional bookings may be non-refundable:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds, cancellations, or modifications will be permitted.
3. Early Check-Out
If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date, the full amount for the remaining stay will be charged, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
4. Group Bookings
For group or bulk reservations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
- Specific cancellation terms may vary and will be communicated during booking confirmation.
5. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any service or transaction charges incurred during the booking are non-refundable.
